The ink has just finished drying as Trinity Jones is standing outside of the A.W.E. Headquarters. Her lips hasn't stopped smiling since she walked out into the blazing hot sun. The sweet as pie Georgia Peach was finally getting the chance she had dreamed about ever since stepping into the ring back in 2012. Her best friend and sometimes tag team partner Felicity Oswald was waiting by the car for Trinity.
"How did it go in there Trinity?"
Felicity asked while leaning up off the car. Her light purple skirt was blowing in the breeze as Trinity stops to breath a sigh of relief.
"I think it went rather well Fe. The ink wasn't even dried when the management made the announcement that I would make my debut for this company on Massacre."
Trinity responds with a sound of glee booming in her voice. Felicity quickly latched her arms around her friend's neck before pulling away.
"What about August?"
Felicity asked as the mood drastically changes from a time of happiness to a time of sorrow.
"Did you have to bring her up now? I can't dwell on the fact that she probably hates the fact that I'm branching out on my again. The Triad was a bust and she knew that. What were we going to do when no one believed in us? Hell, I stopped believing in us because I wanted something more. Which is what I got coming towards me Fe. Just imagine, Trinity Jones makes her grand debut in front thousands of screaming fans all so they can watch me be crowned the very first Resilience champion."
Felicity's jaw drops at the sound of Trinity possibly becoming a champion again. Her eyes were trained on her friend as Trinity stepped to the railing in front of their car.
"Now in order for that to be a done deal, I must face two individuals who have never faced before and that excites me. The fact that my fresh start begins by kicking some teeth down multiple throats makes this night even more special. I heard what The Law had to say and it kind of struck a nerve with me. Law, don't think of me as a woman. Think of me as the one who is going to deliver you a very painful beating. The kind of beating you got from the kids on the playground. The way you spoke about your bones being brittle is making me want to wrap you up like a human pretzel. That is a possibility now that I am officially a member of the Resilience roster."
Trinity takes a moment to catch her breath as Felicity is listening to every word spoken by Trinity.
"I have never faced a zombie before and it looks to me it will be fun. I'm going to look past your inexperience for the time being. One reason being I know what's like to be an outsider. I know what's it like to be a scrappy brawler. That's what I am too but unlike you. I also have actually in ring skills that could wipe the floor with you. The fact that you are taking me very lightly shows just how inexperienced you are and will lead to your downfall. This isn't a tag team match but you can bet if your partner gets involved then Felicity will take care of him. Now, I dd come for fun but come Sunday in two weeks, I will be the one leading the charge. I will be the one who is left standing in that ring with my hand raised high. A massacre awaits you all but the question on everyone's mind is Can You Survive? Well, can you? Guess we will find out."
Trinity smirks a little before turning back towards the car. Both girls glance at each other before getting inside the vehicle. The scene begins to fade as the engine cuts over.
